Position: Onboarding Specialist ( Female)
Location: Islamabad/ Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the employee onboarding process.
2. Coordinate pre-joining activities including document collection, background checks, and system access.
3. Conduct orientation sessions and introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures.
4. Collaborate with HR, IT, and department heads to ensure all onboarding requirements are met.
5. Maintain onboarding records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
6. Gather feedback from new hires to enhance the onboarding experience.
7. Assist in creating onboarding materials, guides, and training resources.
8. Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and retention during the onboarding phase.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or employee onboarding.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
5. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
