Akhtar Developments is seeking a qualified and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple construction activities efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for various construction projects.

• Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency throughout all stages of the project.

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues promptly.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including material usage, labour records, and progress reports.

• Use tools such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant software for project planning, reporting, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or DAE (Civil) from a recognised institution.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction, cost estimation, and on-site supervision.

• Strong command of quantity estimation, project management techniques, and construction workflows.

• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
