Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound telesales calls to potential customers.

• Clearly communicate product features and benefits to generate interest and close sales.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and sales progress.

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (essential).

• Prior telesales or sales experience is preferred.

• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
