The selected candidate will be responsible for booking international shipments through leading courier and logistics companies, coordinating with clients, preparing shipment documents, and ensuring smooth delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle booking of international courier and logistics shipments.
• Communicate with courier companies and customers for pickup, delivery, and tracking.
• Maintain shipment records and invoices.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email.
• Assist in documentation and follow-up for international deliveries.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (English speaking & writing preferred).
• Basic knowledge of logistics, courier services, or shipment booking.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
