Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or company policies.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.

  • Maintain customer records and update information in the database.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.

  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.

  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in customer service or call center (preferred but not required).

  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and listening abilities.

  • Patience and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
