| Job Description: |
Accountants support upper-level senior accountants while providing important services within the office. They are integral to the hierarchy of the office and resolve many issues before they become larger problems. Accountants have the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation. Visiting to Bank for transactions.
- Updating financial records via accounting software
- Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
- All other basic accounting tasks required to be fulfilled.
- Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash and tally and file invoices.
Complete end of month close procedures. |
