Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time assistance to customers via chat

• Resolve queries related to our products/services in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex issues

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand image

Requirements: 

• Strong written English communication skills 
• Previous experience in a chat support or customer service role (preferred but not mandatory) 
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure 
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach 
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends if required 
• Residing in or near B-17 Islamabad
