We are looking for an energetic and committed Field Sales & Merchandising Assistant to support our expanding retail operations in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving visibility, awareness, and product availability across retail stores, ensuring that our brand remains front-facing and active at all key locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail stores daily to educate shopkeepers on product features, usage, and consumer benefits.

• Communicate company deals, retail offers, and promotional bundles effectively.

• Take and record product orders, ensure timely updates to the sales manager.

• Ensure visual merchandising (VM) standards are maintained at all times (shelf placement, front-facing, POS materials, etc.).

• Conduct basic product training sessions with retail staff where needed.

• Regularly update stock levels and report on fast-/slow-moving products.

• Ensure smooth implementation of in-store display plans and follow-up visits.

• Support rack placement, branding material installation, and display audits.

• Represent the company professionally and maintain good relationships with retail partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales or merchandising experience in FMCG or retail channel.

• Strong understanding of market dynamics and retail store behaviors.

• Must own or have access to a bike (fuel allowance will be provided).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, punctual, and goal-oriented.

Must be comfortable working in a compliance-sensitive product category.

Job Type: Full Time

          Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM          

Monthly Offs: 4 per month
