- Head and managing all issues related to security issues within housing society.
- Oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency response.
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment like irrigation pumps, lighting systems, or climate control systems.
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs, repair equipment and machinery, manage facility upkeep, and ensure a safe and functional environment.
