| Job Description: |
- Lead and manage the entire embroidery unit, including planning, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Ensure efficient functioning of all types of embroidery machinery.
- Oversee machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical staff for minimal downtime.
- Supervise and train embroidery operators, helpers, and technicians to meet production and quality targets.
- Monitor and manage production timelines, output quality, and reduce rework and wastage.
- Work closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to interpret artwork and execute samples and bulk orders.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure that finished products meet company standards.
- Maintain detailed records of machine performance, production data, and manpower efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards within the unit.
- Coordinate procurement of consumables and spare parts with the procurement department.
