We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Junior Business Operations Executive. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to gain exposure to global business operations and develop their professional skills with the view of becoming part of a management team in the near future. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle assigned administrative and operational tasks (ASE work).


• Prepare structured and accurate reports for submission to the manager.


• Communicate clearly with team members and management.


• Take initiative and show ownership of assigned duties.


• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.


• Support routine documentation and office coordination activities.

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written English.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.


• Proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks.


• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.


• Suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
