Job Description:

As the Digital Marketing Manager at GPI Moto, you will play a crucial role in developing, executing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, specifically Google and Meta (including Facebook and Instagram). You will lead a team of 8 marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and strategic insights to enhance campaign performance. Your primary focus will be on maximizing return on investment (ROI) and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective campaign management and optimization. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid advertising. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive branding initiatives and generate high-quality leads, while staying updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and meet predefined KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights, maximizing campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to monitor campaign performance metrics, providing detailed analysis and actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Engage in thorough keyword research to enhance advertising accuracy and effectiveness, driving targeted traffic to digital assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and branding experts, to develop compelling marketing materials and enhance overall campaign impact.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and technologies, integrating new strategies into existing campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports to present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee the daily activities of the marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and ensuring project deliverables are met.
