Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities to manage budgets and control costs company-wide.

• Design smart financial strategies to boost profits and support growth.

• Create strong risk management plans to protect finances.

• Improve financial processes to save time, cut risks, and boost efficiency.

• Lead internal audits to ensure rules are followed and finances stay transparent.

• Brings startup experience with hands-on financial leadership in fast-paced environments.

• Well-connected in the banking sector with strong relationships across financial institutions.

• Understands the unique financial needs and agility required in startup ecosystems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA, ACCA, CFA, or CPA preferred.

• Minimum 8 - 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in early to mid-stage startups.

• Proven experience in financial modeling and strategic financial planning.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Strong leadership qualities, able to mentor, build, and lead small finance teams.
