Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the company’s expansion into corporate markets. This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing key corporate clients across multiple product categories, starting from consumer essentials to electronics and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to enter and grow in the corporate/B2B market.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in sectors such as offices, institutions, hospitality, and retail.
  • Create and present tailored product packages for corporate bulk orders.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Analyze client feedback, sales performance, and market trends to improve offerings and sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Success Metrics

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
  • Growth in the number and volume of corporate accounts.
  • Client retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Expansion of product categories in corporate deals.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or electronics.
  • Proven ability to build a sales pipeline and close high-value deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and grow a new business vertical.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
