Responsibilities:
Operate and troubleshoot CI Flexo printing machines. Perform ink mixing, viscosity control, and color matching. Calibrate and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal print quality. Manage material handling and substrate selection. Conduct routine maintenance and ensure adherence to safety standards. Maintain high-quality printing standards and monitor output consistency.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating CI Flexo printing machines in the flexible packaging industry. Strong understanding of printing techniques, plate mounting, and maintenance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Basic mechanical skills for resolving minor equipment issues. Attention to detail and strong quality focus.
