We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in performance-based sales management to oversee a team of 100+ sales staff across 50+ cities in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy leader with strong initiative, fast execution, and the ability to drive sales performance while ensuring team motivation and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance-driven sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a nationwide sales team (100+ staff across 50+ cities).
- Monitor and optimize sales performance through KPIs, incentives, and regular evaluations.
- Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective distributor and retailer network management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Travel frequently to key cities to oversee field operations and provide on-ground support.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in inverters, batteries, electronics, or FMCG.
- Proven experience managing large sales teams (50+ members) across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills.

Performance-driven mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan.
