We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with expertise in performance-based hiring and management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to ensure a productive and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance-based hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Design and manage performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven expertise in performance-based hiring and management systems.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and data-driven decision-making.
