Job Description: |
Tritanium Global is actively seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment processes, employee relations, attendance management, and general HR operations for our growing BPO and services business.
This is a full-time, on-site role for candidates who are passionate about HR, recruitment, and organizational culture development.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee documentation, HR records, and compliance.
Maintain and update attendance and leave management systems.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
Support employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and internal HR support.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (BPO industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws is a plus.
