Job Description: |
- Enhance the business volumes of the branch across the relevant business segments (i.e., Liabilities, Cross-Sell of Consumer, Wealth, Digital products), thorough planning and achievement of annual sales targets/KPI's through a cohesive and efficient team model.
- Ensure achievement of deposit growth objectives.
- Ensure that the branch's business is in thorough compliance with the Bank's and Regulators' regulations through regular review of the portfolio.
- To establish regular liaison with the branch's customers to ascertain their needs and requirements and provide advice and support to customers in meeting their financial needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure that staff operating within the branch obtain proper training in Islamic Banking, Relationship/Sales Management, Service Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Soft skills.
