Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Recruit, onboard, and supervise virtual assistants (VAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Workflow Oversight: Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain quality control across all projects.

Client Communication: Act as a liaison between VAs and Australian clients, handling basic queries and escalating issues when necessary.

Reporting: Provide weekly updates on team performance and project statuses.

Tool Management: Utilize platforms like Trello, Slack, and Google Drive to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in team coordination, project management, or BPO operations.
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours to overlap with Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
