| Job Description: |
- To draw the blood samples of patients as required.
- Note the diagnosis and relevant history of patient
- Transport and segregate the samples according to tests and investigations
- Preparation of Material required for sample collectionEntries of sample
- To store the samples in the correct temperature conditions
- Follow patient identification; verification protocol
- To collect blood in designated vaccutainers. acknowledge on the computer.
- To accession the samples after the blood collection.
- Follow protocol for safety after blood / sample collection (manage adverse reaction post blood collection procedure)
- Performance of laboratory procedures as per instruction in the test procedure specified in the SOP
