| Job Description: |
We require IT Support officer to provide IT support to our customers at their premises:
- Onsite customer support for troubleshooting and diagnoses of our Equipment.
- Assist sales Staff for Equipment demonstration.
- Configuration of Equipment after sales on customer site.
- Field travelling involved.
Required Skills:
- Computer Hardware installation and configuration
- Knowledge of networking configurations
- Capability of troubleshooting network problems and solving the issues
- IT Support and Maintenance
- Relevant IT diplomas
