Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on prospective applications submitted for principal approval, while striving to optimize profitability.
Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team.
Manage expenses strictly in the light of budget guidelines given by the company.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they communicated and implemented within the team.
Constantly evaluate local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportune and develop forecasts and business plans on monthly / weekly basis.
Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best from each member.
