Function: Business Development

Job Title: AM (Compliance) Islamabad

Location: Islamabad

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide support on the development of the planning documents for the Compliance Program including policies, guidelines and roadmaps.
• Facilitate in conducting periodic compliance risk maturity assessment exercises.
• Review and evaluate compliance risks with respect to their impact and frequency of occurrence and rank them according to the criticality.
• Maintain compliance register and update it as per the operational needs.
• Carryout periodic compliance reviews of critical areas under the compliance framework and in line with the compliance risk assessment findings.
• Coordinate with concerned teams to ensure that all identified compliance issues are rectified and addressed in a timely manner.
• Support in preparation of the periodic reports on the performance of the Compliance Program to the Management.
• Develop compliance-training material and conduct topic specific workshops based on specific operational needs.

Essential Knowledge

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Adaptability and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint and desktop publishing software.  

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

Degree in Business Management/ Accountancy/ Legal from HEC recognized institute  

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience
