| Job Description: |
We are looking for an experience candidate to fill the position of Cashier cum Accountant who have experience of handling cash and bookkeeping in ERP software in addition to data entry pertaining to financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. The ideal candidate must have proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Outlook .
Responsibilities:
- Handle cash and keeping record of every transaction.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of day to ensure that amounts are correct.
- Dealing with creditors for payments.
- Entering purchase invoices in the software
- Processing payments of creditors and maintaining party ledgers in software.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliations.
- Generates and maintains complete records of all financial transactions
- Payment of weekly wages and monthly salaries.
