1. Launch an in-house/ external training calendar.
2. Training need assessments (marketing research and analysis) for training needs of the market through formal meeting and baseline survey.
3. To develop and manage the database for a trainer’s roster/ trainers pool for module development of courses.
4. To submit Grants and proposals (Financial/ Technical) to clients/ donors.
5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and establish an excellent relationship with team members and stakeholders.
6. Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
7. Developing testing and evaluating procedures for measuring training effectiveness.
8. To prepare & manage training plans, budget, implementation, and monitoring.
9. To review and analyze the results of pre and post-tests of the training and suggest follow-up methodology.
10. To ensure the quality of training including the capacity of the trainer and the training methodology.
11. Monitoring of training and review of training reports and feedback.
12. To review and analyze training feedback forms and suggest improvements/ modification in training material/ methodology.
13. To responsible for maintaining client database for launch & marketing of training programs.
14. Prepare a training facility with the necessary equipment and supplies.
15. Provide periodic and ad hoc training reports to the management (e.g., monthly training volume, training program progress, training statistics, and certification status).
