| Job Description: |
We are looking for fresh graduates for the position of Trainee Recruitment Researcher/ Resourcer for Lahore Office. Full training will be provided.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate
- Must be educated to degree level with a good command of English (writing, reading).
- Must have a very good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word & Excel).
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday between 2 pm – 11 pm and other shifts if required.
- Must be highly motivated, very disciplined and very work focussed.
Responsibilities:
- To search and find suitable candidates (CV Sourcing) from online job boards and candidate databases.
- To search and match the right candidates on LinkedIn to the job vacancies.
- To advertise vacancies and placing adverts on various job boards.
- To prepare and format the CVs one MS Word templates.
- To communicate with international clients on email.
