-Should be strong in sourcing candidates from job boards, Linkedin, headhunting, via references campus etc. Good at social media recruiting; spend considerable time with the candidates to evaluate them based on their experience, achievements, behavior, cultural and motivational fitment.
-Should be responsible to sourcing to Joining of the candidate.
-Should have handled Mass Hiring & Leadership Hiring (independently)
-Should have experience in preparing Job Descriptions, based on specific briefs given - Proficient in usage of MS Office tools - Publish recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards periodically
