• Conduct a short telephonic interview & Schedule Face to Face interview with promising candidates.
• Conducting computer assessments of shortlisted pool
• Conducting role awareness sessions/Orientation
• Meeting required target of calls to close positions.
• Maintaining records for applicants
• Assisting line manager in all other recruitment activities
• Sourcing from Experienced centers / strong network / talent pool
Note:The candidate must have prior experience working in Hr department of any call center.Must have his own conveyance and should be comfortable working the night shift.The office is in Gulrez housing society rawalpindi.
