This position is reports into the Professional Services Department of the Resolve Group (RSG), a division of Jonas Australia. RSG is a global provider of Dynamic Case Management (DCM) solutions, and is widely recognized as one of Australia’s leading software platforms, delivering solutions in the case management, complaints management, and incident management domains.
The position
We are seeking to build a team of 4-6 Technical Consultants, with significant software implementation (configuration, customization) experiences, to work closely with Resolve Group’s Technical Design & Business Analyst Leads, to participate in customer-specific implementations of the core products, as part of RSG’s Professional Services department. The team shall be located and work out of the Contour Software Karachi office [in early morning shift], which also houses some R&D personnel of RSG, as an extension of the division’s team.
Ideal candidates shall possess software development skills and experiences, customer focus and excellent communications skills. Furthermore, s/he should be eager to learn, grow and take full ownership of the quality of client implementations.
The division is interested in building a balanced team, and thus new graduates, women Engineers as well as seasoned professional services personnel are equally encouraged to apply.
- One hire shall be at the Senior Implementation Analyst - Team Lead level.
- All efforts shall be made to hire at least one promising New/Recent Graduate.
Job Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision and direction of an onshore Lead Technical Consultant, to convert technical specifications into client system implementations.
- While mentorship shall be provided in good coding practices (for maintainability, extensibility and standardization), successful hires shall require enough software development/coding skills to be able to perform light development/customization tasks required for client implementations.
- Coordinate/participate in meetings with onshore leadership, on a day to day basis and provide active feedback.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by onshore Management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- 0 to 8 years of formal enterprise software implementation experiences.
- Good understanding of at least one programming language, such as C#, Java or C/C++.
- Intermediate-level SQL knowledge and skills, i.e. SQL queries & Database modelling.
- Understanding and working knowledge of web technologies, especially HTML & JavaScript.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute in a team environment.
- Participate in reviews (design, functional specs) to ensure completeness and provide meaningful input.

- In-depth database skills and experience with Stored Procedures, Views, etc.
