| Job Description: |
Major Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Cisco Collaboration applications in a hosted environment ( UC as a Service) including:
- Communications Manager
- Unity Connection
- IM and Presence + Jabber
- Unified Contact Center Express
- Cisco Expressway / Webex MeetingPlace
- Cisco Voice Gateways utilizing SIP , SRST
- Troubleshoot complex collaboration environments
Skills
- Extensive experience implementing, designing and supporting technologies across the Cisco Unified Communication portfolio
- (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Expressway, Cisco VCS, MCU, MRA, Telepresence, WebEx, and various IP and Video endpoints)
- Must have experience with deploying Local Breakout with SRST.
- Experience with CUBE Enterprise is a must (CUBE –SP is a Plus)
- Knowledge of Cisco HCS architecture and mediation tools
- CCNP (Collaboration / Voice) required (CCIE preferred )
- Experience with Contact Center Express scripting
- Experience with the support of Emergency Responder
- Experience with supporting third-party applications such as Syn-Apps, Xmedius and Informcast is a plus
- Experience with VMware, OVA for UC Applications deployments
- Network experience with routing, switching, QoS, network analysis and troubleshooting. Excellent Communication Skills is a plus.
