| The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Hold at least a Bachelors Degree (MBA HR will be preferred)
- Have at least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Job Description
- Focus on employee orientation and in achieving service KPIs defined for onboarding
- Create employee numbers of new joiners update HRIS (HITS, Harmony) as per defined SOPs
- Maintain Personal Files of new joiners
- Provide support to supervisor on daily tasks to ensure service delivery
- Issue record all new joiner benefits on a timely basis
- Process Confirmations of new joiners as per policy
- Design execute well-being programs
- Process track HR payments for South region
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical problem solving skills
- Sound coordination and follow up skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent understanding of updated HR policies, procedures SLAs
- Basic knowledge of Health Life Insurance procedures for addition, deletion enrollment of employee details
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and to plan and organize tasks effectively efficiently
- Good Team player
