Qualification and experience:

- Graduation (candidate with computer science educational background will be preferred)

- 2 to 3 years relevant experience

Skills and Competencies:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications

- Monitoring, analyzing and maintaining user computers, accessories and cables

- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and rectifying hardware or Software faults

- Replacing faulty system parts as required by the user or process

- Setting up new users' accounts, profiles and dealing with security related issues

- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
