Job Description:

Qualification and experience:

- At least Graduate, or Masters in Public Administration / Administrative Sciences (MBA)

- 6 to 8 years of administration experience in a manufacturing concern preferably textile setup

Skills and Competencies:

- Managing the house keeping, waste collection, dispensary, reception/gate office, colony and maintenance units

- Handling the issues related with sanitary, mill/colony canteens and gardening areas, gate office, dispensary etc

- Providing the due support to the auditors for various audits

- Providing assistance to the managers and subordinates in security related matters

- Excellent managerial skills and should provide necessary support and co-ordination to his subordinates

- Should possess good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to review office budget and manage office expenditure

- Should have proficient computer skills

- Should possess time management skills and should be able to prioritize his task under pressure

- Should be flexible and quick in responding to requests made at short notice period

- Over all, he must possess good organizational skills to control all administrative job responsibilities

- Work on special projects as assigned by the line manager
