The ideal candidate should:

• Hold a Bachelors in Electrical/Telecommunication or Equivalent.
• Have 4-5 years of relevant work experience.

• Manage Network Level KPI monitoring and optimization (2G 3G).
• Possess in depth knowledge of RF Optimization KPIs, algorithms, parameters.
• Ensure different Cell DB Parameter trials and Bench mark the results after implementation.
• Ensure Parameter audit and Frequency audit for different clusters.
• Ensure Escalation of critical issues to the concerned departments and their follow up.
• In depth knowledge of optimization process for Multiband cells, CRO (C2 criteria) tuning for Dual BCCH cells.
• Ensure coordination with relevant teams (Internal/ Vendor) for early resolution of critical issues.
• Manage drive test analysis and ensure the timely generation of DT reports.
• Analyze Neighbor inconsistency reports and timely execution of relevant WOs.
• Coordination with different teams for resolution of high priority customer complaints.
• Manage day to day critical operational issues.
