Duties and Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to international customers.
Identifying problems and offering solutions to customers over the phone.
Fulfilling daily targets given by company.
Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
Meets commitments to customers
Other duties as assigned.
