Job Description: |
Able to setup an Outbound Call Center from scratch. Managing the daily running of the call centre, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and implementing call centre strategies and operation. Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality. Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded. Liaising with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues. Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance. Coordinating staff recruitment, including writing vacancy advertisements and liaising with HR staff. |
Required Skills: |
2-3 years experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role
Good spoken and written language skills
Ability to plan and execute
Ability to persuade and negotiate
Ability to work under stress
Ability to manage a team.
Ability to achieve weekly basis targets
Worked as CSR and CLOSER experience.
