Job Description:

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • · Managing Open/Back Order reports.
  • · Processing change orders.
  • · Diligent work on Vendor reports to calculate freight charged on Shipping accounts.
  • · Working with the commission depart so that charged freight is allocated to concerned Rep Accounts.
  • · Capture invoices from shippers websites e.g. FedEx, UPS, AIT etc.
  • · Keep the record updated and saved on Shared folders including SharePoint.
  • · Capturing freight received on Daily Manifest email from Corporate.
  • · Support to Sales team with Sales Orders/Quotes when required.

Hours of Work: 8PM to 5AM or 5pm to 2am (PK time) --- As per management discretion.
