Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- · Managing Open/Back Order reports.
- · Processing change orders.
- · Diligent work on Vendor reports to calculate freight charged on Shipping accounts.
- · Working with the commission depart so that charged freight is allocated to concerned Rep Accounts.
- · Capture invoices from shippers websites e.g. FedEx, UPS, AIT etc.
- · Keep the record updated and saved on Shared folders including SharePoint.
- · Capturing freight received on Daily Manifest email from Corporate.
- · Support to Sales team with Sales Orders/Quotes when required.
Hours of Work: 8PM to 5AM or 5pm to 2am (PK time) --- As per management discretion. |
