PNY Trainings is a leading digital marketing and technology training institute based in Lahore, Pakistan. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, banners, and logos.
• Work with other designers, writers, and marketing specialists to develop design concepts and ideas that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and goals, and provide creative recommendations and solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring quality control throughout the design process.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques and incorporate them into our creative work.
• Provide design direction and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
• Help build and maintain a strong brand identity and visual style guide.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Experience with web design and HTML/CSS is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work is required.
