DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Land department record, token, biana, registry and mutation.
• Verification, possession and demarcation of land.
• Corporate Affairs Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance Omega Pvt. Ltd brands and reputation.
• Plan, manage and execute public relations and marketing plans to promote Omega Villas Pvt Ltd. regarding enrolment services, and client relations.
• Manage reputation, identifying and mitigating issues that may concern in advance, and managing and reporting on complaints received by the organization.
• Develop and maintain effective networks, enhancing relationships on behalf of company.
Head independent professional handling complicated land assignments and inquiries from land.
• Attain company goals and objectives by interact with other departments in team environment.
• Head team on projects needed detailed knowledge of land operations.
• Teach and mentor junior level land staff members.
Develop and maintain an appropriate level of involvement in community affairs.
• Provide strategic advice to the CEO and executive management team.
• Evaluating performance of all subordinates to keep check and productivity.
• Any other task given by CEO.
