| Job Description: |
We are looking to hire an “Internal Auditor” who can provide organization with guidance on financial accuracy, internal controls and regulatory compliance while examining and improving current operating practices and risk management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
- Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.
- Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
- Reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
- Undertake internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives.
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees via written reports and oral presentations.
- Evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place.
- Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk, add value and improve governance processes
- Identify loopholes and share risk aversion methods
