| Job Description: |
Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new employees
- Offboarding of employees
- Helpdesk support
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues while maintaining SLAs
- Manage access to various enterprise applications including Zoom, Confluence, SalesForce, 8x8, etc
- Recommend and configure SSO integrations
- Mobile Device Management of BYOD and company-owned devices
- Software access and license management
- Maintain a knowledge base of how-to and troubleshooting articles
- Use Jira ITSM to manage and track all tickets and queues
- Weekly report using system-generated KPIs and other metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience for the following
- Managed 30 plus users using Office 365 and Azure AD
- Service desk ticketing systems
- Technical support for issues related to Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android devices
- 1+ year of experience in mobile device management
- Excellent communicator
Preferred Requirements
- Scripting language knowledge to automate tasks
