We are looking for an SEO/SEM Manager to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

SEO

• Should have an extensive experience of SEO and E-Marketing.


• Strong knowledge of Google policies and trends.


• Generating ideas to produce best-in-class content, both on-site and off-site, which will gain links from high authority sites at scale.


• Perform SEO site audits and backlink analyses.


• Work with internal development teams to ensure that SEO best practices are properly implemented on sites.


• Recommend changes to site architecture, content, internal linking, and other factors to improve SEO results for target keywords.


• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization


• Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities


• Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success


• Track, report, and analyze website analytics

SEM:

• Execute SEM experiments & tests, collect and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns


• Track, report and analyze website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns


• Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies


• Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns


• Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization


• Research and analyze competitor advertising links

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree & superior written and verbal communication skills


• 5+ years experience in SEO, SEM and SMM


• Experience in B2B software or other forms of digital marketing a plus


• Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, outgoing personality


• Ability to work independently; excellent time management skills


• Demonstrated success setting and achieving goals

• Morning Shift


• 10am-7pm
