- Manage and ensure smooth operations of the school
- Evaluate and improve school’s curriculum
- Inspect and suggest security and other improvements for school
- Conducted interviews and hiring of staff.
- Define and assign goals to teachers and students.
- Conduct In-house Teacher’s Training
- Prepare Teaching schedules
- Conduct parents and teachers meetings.

- Monitoring academic development and growth of the students
