Job Description:

Highlight improvement areas and flaws; and suggest possible corrective actions and solutions.

  • Discover or suggest mission-critical solutions suggestions.

  • Critically assess working of operations as per specified inspection and operating instructions.

  • Perform and share audit reports.

  • Detect occurrences that do not conform to client management expectations.

  • Investigate any kind of fraud.

  • Drill down client complaints and concerns; and identify the responsible parties.

  • Provide suggestions on how to mitigate client complaints and concerns in future.

  • Track error & complaint patterns and provide a Root Cause Analysis.

  • Assist management in ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

  • Perform snap checks and audits to ensure proper working on revenue cycle operations and management.

  • Assess Reassess current metrics and benchmarks.

  • Optimizing them to assist in improving performance.

  • Develop written policies and processes.
