1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
4. Employee Database - Maintaining an employee & contractor database with details such as address, phone number, joining date, etc
5. Recruitment - To hire employees and contractors, whenever a vacancy arises, based on the set requirements of the job.
6. Disciplinary Action - Ensuring that company policies are respected and followed across the organization by all employees and contractors. In case of violation, follow the procedure for disciplinary action as defined in the company’s rule book.
7. Attendance - Ensure all employees are registered on the company’s attendance system and generate daily attendance reports. Manage absences and leaves subsequently.
8. Payroll - Generate payroll slips at the end of every month by taking into account gross salary, days worked, absences, leaves, short hours, overtime, allowances, and loans.
9. Housekeeping - Timely fulfillment of administrative tasks and other housekeeping duties using the help of the housekeeping staff such as janitors, gardener, electricians, security staff etc.
10. IT - Ensuring all technological needs of the organization are met. Managing the internet, surveillance and company’s computer networks.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
