| Job Description: |
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows installation, drivers and other trouble shooting.
- Basic knowledge about printer/Scanner installations and trouble shooting.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replacing parts of desktops, laptops, printer as and when required
- Have working knowledge of Video Conferencing Setups & Technology
- Basic knowledge of Macbook troubleshooting & MacOS
- Supporting the roll-out of installed application like, virus definitions and other updates.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- IT technical support background/experience
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
