We are looking for full time International Recruiter for our office located in Bahria town, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting International recruitment department for day-to-day operations.

• Managing end to end recruitment cycle for International hiring demand.
• Sourcing candidates through various job-boards
• Manage sourcing and recruitment of linguistics for throughout the company.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Manage inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• BBA/MBA from reputed university
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• 1+ year of minimum experience in recruitment or HR
• BPO/IT industry experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
