Delivery Ops -- Rider Support Associate

About the Role:

The Rider Onboarding Associate role will focus on supporting Airlift’s rider acquisition efforts to support delivery operations in Lahore. The role will focus on executing streamlined onboarding operations, resolving everyday problems that delivery riders face and taking initiative to partner with team members in finding process-based solution to common rider problems. The role requires a capable and driven team-player to learn industry best practices and build processes at high velocity in collaboration with the team.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who can be quick problem solvers to build our core processes to scale delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the rider onboarding process end-to-end, 


• Manage execution of rider training and registration processes,


• Create a log of every inbound query from riders and ensure resolution of queries,


• Deploy a hands-on and data-driven approach to problem-solving in a team setting,


• Execute on key initiatives around process development at high velocity,


• Grow and scale with the business to assume more responsibility in delivery operations.
