1.      Adherence to company policies, rules regulation and local legislation as per J.PVC requirements.

2.      To facilitate all departments by providing skilled and unskilled labour timely.

3.      To control over worker’s attendance and OT and finalize the monthly payroll.

4.      Manage and monitor agreements with the Admin related contractors for strict compliance.

5.      To deal with all labour, contractor’s labour and ensure daily basic required labour.
